Successful audience growth isn’t about reaching everyone; it’s about finding the right, most engaged members of your community.

But the amount of data out there can be mind-boggling — within all the reports on impressions and conversion rates, what should you actually be looking for? And what platforms should you use to get that data?

This workshop, led by executive podcast strategist Christabel Nsiah-Buadi, will empower you to identify the data you already have and will walk you through important qualitative and quantitative data to look for and how to leverage both to sharpen your editorial strategy. She’ll also talk about the tools you need to learn more about your audience and dive deep into essential metrics for engagement: Downloads/Streams, Engaged Listeners, Followers, and Listener Countries. Finally, she’ll help you plot your next move for growth.

Who's this class for?

This class is for creators who want inspiration on how to incorporate tools they may already be using (on Google or their hosting platform) to learn about their audience and grow their engagement.
